Spelling Bee
Save the date: November 1, 2014!
A Fall Tradition for K-6 Students
The Spelling Bee events have raised almost $230,000 to benefit the Belmont Public Schools.

Each November, elementary and middle school students gather for an afternoon of fun and spelling. More than 5,700 spellers have participated since the Bee began 13 years ago, making this event a favorite for Belmont students.

Held on October 5, 2014
The second annual Dan Scharfman Memorial Run was a success!

We had over 700 runners in the 5K and 1M categories combined, and raised over $20,000 for the Belmont Public School.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE RUNNERS! THANK YOU TO OUR GENEROUS SPONSORS!
Honor a Belmont Public School teacher or staff member
Consider honoring a Belmont Public School teacher or staff member by making a STAR Award donation to the Foundation for Belmont Education. You may also order a Friend Award to honor that very special individual. We will send your honored individual a certificate, including your name as the donor and a personal message.

Awards are processed at any time during the year.

Spring Fund Raising Dinner
Light Up The Night

On March 22, 2014, the Foundation did light up the night to make a difference for the six Belmont public schools by raising money to support the work of the FBE.

We thank our community, sponsors, volunteers, faculty and administrators for your incredible generosity and hard work, making this year’s event another very successful one. We exceeded our goal with net proceeds over $150,000!

The lights have been turned off, but you can still make a donation here!
