The Youth Spelling Bee is one of the Foundation’s major fundraisers, generating about $15,000 each year. More importantly for local businesses, it is an immensely popular fundraiser among younger families in our community. Last year, the auditorium at Belmont High School was filled to overflowing as parents, grandparents, and friends watched over 400 children participate in the Bee. 

A sponsorship of $1,000 will give you name recognition on the cover of the Youth Spelling Bee program book and a half-page ad inside. In addition, your company banner will hang in the cafeteria, where many families gather for refreshments between swarms. Our program emcee will verbally acknowledge your contribution several times throughout the event, and this extremely popular event is televised by local Channel 8, generating your company even more exposure to the Belmont community. Finally, the Foundation’s Spring Dinner program book will contain an acknowledgement page for the sponsors of the Youth Spelling Bee, to give additional recognition of your business support.
