The Foundation welcomes volunteers to participate in all aspects of its activities. Depending on your interest and free time, there are many meaningful and worthwhile opportunities available. As an organization run solely on volunteer power, we truly appreciate and rely on your ongoing, direct involvement in the following areas:

• Support for our community events 
• Fundraising initiatives
• Public relations efforts
• Clerical tasks 

The Foundation annually elects several new members to its Board of Directors during the spring.  Additionally, the Program Committee, which is responsible for evaluating and approving the many grant proposals the Foundation receives, considers new members on yearly basis.  If you are interested in making a long-term commitment to the future of public education in Belmont, please contact us at info@fbe-belmont.org.
