FOUNDATION SUPPORTS DONATIONS FOR PETER B. HOLLAND LIBRARY
At the September 2008 retirement party celebrating former Belmont public school superintendent Dr. Peter Holland, the School Committee announced that the high school library would be renamed the Peter B. Holland Library in honor of Dr. Holland and in recognition of his 20 years of service to Belmont. The Foundation for Belmont Education has received a check for $500 from the retirement committee, earmarked strictly for purchases for the Peter B. Holland Library. The Foundation is pleased to offer the community an opportunity to support the Library by making donations through our website specifically for the purchase of library materials.
